right now the easiest thing i can think of is a subscription to dA as a method of payment for guys outside of malaysia. if you can manage that, then we can hook things up :D

well i'm not sure how much they cost in dollars, probably 30 bucks for a full year subby. there are 3 types of subs, 1 month, 3 months and a year. depends on which type of commission you want :D

it's all electronic unfortunately :( i will email you the image along with the psd file if you wish.

i can do a waist up 2 chara colored pic for the 3 months payment, OR, a full body 4~5 chara colored pic for the 1 year sub. you can request for me to do them separately or in the same piece for the 1 year payment.
